The Three Caballeros

The Three Caballeros is a 1944 feature film, combining live-action and animation, produced by Walt Disney Productions and distributed by RKO Radio Pictures. A sequel to 1942's Saludos Amigos, the film is an adventure through Latin America filled with fun and music. Carmen Miranda appears, as well as an animated parrot, Jose Carioca. Donald Duck, Jose Carioca, and Panchito Pistoles form a trio named after the movie's title. Don Rosa liked it so much that he made a sequel to the comics adapatation of the movie. The film premiered in Mexico City on December 21, 1944. It was released in the USA on February 3, 1945.
