The Secret Adversary (1922) is a work of detective fiction by Agatha Christie. It introduces the characters of Tommy and Tuppence.

Plot

Documents are lost that, if they were known to the general public, would fuel a communist revolution in Britain. Tommy and Tuppence get hired to retrieve them before the instigators of the revolution can. However, the opposition is led by an intelligent mastermind. Will the detectives-by-chance succeed?
