The One With The Prom VideoThe one with the Prom Video is an episode of the television situation comedy Friends.
First aired: Februrary 16, 1996 In this episode, we see a tape from Monica and Rachel's highschool days. It is prom night and it looks as though Rachel's date has stood her up. We then see Ross put on his tuxedo and is standing on the stairs with a bunch of flowers in hand, ready to take Rachel to the prom and save her the embarrasment of going alone, when the two girls run out the door hand in hand with their dates. We are left with a shot of Ross looking despondent and after seeing the video Rachel is amazed that Ross cared about her that much. She stops him in the doorway and they share a long awaited kiss, to which Phoebe says "see, he's her lobster!"
