The New Pornographers are a Canadian indie rock group. Their sound is highly influenced by such power-pop bands as The Cars and Cheap Trick. They have released two albums, 2000's Mass Romantic and 2003's Electric Version. Singer/songwriter Neko Case was a guest vocalist on both albums. The band members include Carl Newman, Kurt Dahle, John Collins, Daniel Bejar, and Blaine Thurier. Fisher Rose also played drums on some songs in Mass Romantic.
