The Milepost

The Milepost was the first travel-guide detailing the Alaska Highway and remains today the most extensive guide for travellers in Alaska, the Yukon, and British Columbia. First published in 1949 the guide has expanded to cover all major highways in the northwest corner of the North American continent, including the Alaska Marine Highway. Since the late 1990s the Milepost has been published by Morris Communications of Augusta, Georgia.
