The List

The List is a Scottish fortnightly entertainment and events guide for Edinburgh and Glasgow. It was founded in 1985, and has its registered office off the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. Its reviews and listings run the gamut from film, music, shopping, books, comedy, clubs, art, sports, gay to food and drink. In addition to this, it contains the slightly bizarre "I Saw You" section, a sort of lonely hearts section for those who have already seen the one they want to be with. During the Edinburgh Festival it becomes a weekly publication. The List also publishes The Eating and Drinking Guide, an annual spin-off booklet sold separately.
