The Hank Mccune Show

The Hank McCune Show was an American television comedy that first aired at 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on September 9, 1950. The show was about "a likeable blunderer, a devilish fellow who tries to cut corners only to find himself the sucker." Though the show was short-lived, it is notable for the fact that it was apparently the first television show to incorporate a laugh track.
