The Foot Shooting Party

The Foot Shooting Party is a 1994 short film about conscription for World War II. It was written by Ken Carter and directed by Annette Haywood-Carter. The main character (Leonardo DiCaprio) is drafted for the war, so he wants his friends to shoot him in the foot, as the military doesn't want any deformations or injuries prior to a person being drafted, and thus he hopes to avoid the draft. It was not commercially successful. The film co-starred Jake Busey and Michael Rapaport.
