''The East Came West: Muslim, Hindu, And Buddhist Volunteers in the German Armed Forces, 1941-1945'' is a book edited by Antonio J. Munoz. It is a "study of East European and Middle Eastern collaboration with Nazi Germany in World War II". The book recounts the story of tens of thousands of volunteers who called Islam, Hinduism, and Buddhism their religious faith who fought alongside the German soldier. It was translated by Patrick Cloutier and published by Axis Europa Books in 2001 (ISBN 1891227394).
