The Days And Nights Of Molly Dodd

The Days and Nights of Molly Dodd was an NBC dramedy in the 1980s, which starred Blair Brown as Molly Dodd. The show, similar to thirtysomething, depicted the life of a yuppie woman living in New York City, who dealt with a variety of issues in her life ranging from career to family to dating. Unlike the traditional sitcom, storylines often did not resolve in a single episode. It was created by Jay Tarses. Although the show was a moderate success in the ratings, it was never a big hit, and after being put on hiatus a number of times, it was finally cancelled in 1988. New episodes ran on the Lifetime Network through 1991.
