TenbunTemmon or Tembun (天文) was a Japanese Era after Kyōroku and before Kōji and spanned from 1532 to 1555. The reigning emperor was Go-Nara. Change of Era At the request of Ashikaga Yoshiharu, the 12th shōgun of the Muromachi Bakufu, because of various battles, on the 29th day of the 7th month of Kyōroku 5 (1532), the era was changed to Temmon.
