Telecommunications Service

In telecommunication, the term telecommunications service has the following meanings: 1. Any service provided by a telecommunication provider. 2. A specified set of user-information transfer capabilities provided to a group of users by a telecommunications system. Note: The telecommunications service user is responsible for the information content of the message.
