Tagline

A tagline is a variant of an advertising slogan typically used in movie marketing, commercials, and websites. The idea behind the concept is to create a memorable phrase that would sum up the tone and premise of a film, or to reinforce the subject's memory of a product or website. Examples of famous movie taglines are:
  • Bowling for Columbine - "Are we a nation of gun nuts, or just nuts?"
  • Jaws 2 - "Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water."
  • Memento - "Some memories are best forgotten."
