Ta Tu Thau

Ta Thu Thau (1906-1945) Leader of the Fourth International in Vietnam. Ta Thu Tao (Tạ Thu Thu) was first politically active among Vietnamese immigrants in France, 1926-1930. He was expelled from France and after his return to Vietnam, in 1931 formed the Indochinese Bolshevik-Leninist group, publishing the journals "La Lutte" (The Struggle) and "La Verit" (The Truth). He was arrested and incarcerated in Poulo-Condore during the war. After the end of World War II, Ta Thu Thau became the uncontested leader of Trotskyism in Vietnam, but his political current lost any significant influence. He was assassinated by mainstream communist leaders ("Stalinists") in 1945. Ta Tu Thau Ta Tu Thau
