Swiss Cottage (Metropolitan Line) Tube Station

Swiss Cottage was a tube station in London. It was opened as the terminus of its Metropolitan Line branch. Only later the line has been extended further north (to Watford, Aylesbury, Chesham and Uxbridge As the Bakerloo Line opened a station of the same name on its northern extension (which is now the northern part of the Jubilee Line) in 1939 the Metropolitan station had to close.
