Surferosa

Almost from nothing and nowhere the Norwegian band Surferosa kickstarted their successtory by winning a tour and stodio recording in a band competition which took place at "So What?", Oslo around 2000. The neon light surfers just surfed on from there, and up to now has never gotten anything but great critics of their gigs, interwievs, songs, albums and costumes. Their music style is hard to define, but as Supergroupiejoy of the rockers in "The Liquor spitslickers" put it after featuring in Surferosas legendary cover of "Breakin the Law" at "Elm Street": "If you strech out mystisism and weave some kickass, guitar-keyboard and bright colours into it, you get something called Surferosa". Discography: SATIN CON BLONDE, SHANGHAI MY HEART, LUCKY LIPSTICK, SATURDAY NIGHT, NEON COMMANDO, and TO RUSSIA WITH LOVE. Some of the albums are released in different formats in different countries.
