Sumida, Tokyo

Sumida (Japanese: 墨田区; -ku) is a special ward located in Tokyo, Japan. As of 2003, the ward has an estimated population of 221,093 and a density of 16,079.49 persons per km². The total area is 13.75 km². The ward was founded on March 15, 1947.
