Sue Barnes

Susan Barnes (born September 8, 1952 in Rabat, Malta) is a Canadian politician. Barnes is currently a member of the Liberal Party of Canada in the Canadian House of Commons, representing the riding of London West since 1993. A former lawyer, Barnes is currently the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and Federal Interlocutor for Mtis and Non-Status Indians, and is a former Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of National Revenue and a former Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada with special emphasis on Judicial Transparency and Aboriginal Justice.
