Stuart Lockwood

British five-year old Stuart Lockwood was the young boy who was seen around the world on CNN in the days before the Gulf War began in 1991. Stuart and his family were denied exit visas by the Iraqi regime. The infamous video involves Stuart being stroked by a seated President Saddam Hussein while his family looks on from the other side of the room.
