Stratford, Australia

Stratford is a rural township in Victoria, Australia with a population of around 1100. It has a large number of cafes and wineries that serve tourists passing through on the Princes Highway. Stratford lies upon the river Avon and was named as a tribute to the home town of William Shakespeare. The town holds a yearly Shakespeare festival.
