Stone Of FarewellStone of Farewell is the sequel to The Dragonbone Chair in Tad Williams's epic fantasy trilogy Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn. It continues the story of young scullion Seoman Snowlock in the mystical realm known as Osten Ard. A nationwide bestseller in the United States, the novel was well-received by book critics at its 1990 publication. The reviewer for Locus called it "an epic fantasy you can get lost in for days, not just hours" (it is over seven hundred pages long), and Publishers Weekly said that Stone of Farewell is a "panoramic, vigorous, often moving sequel to The Dragonbone Chair". The third volume in the series after Stone of Farewell is To Green Angel Tower, first published in spring of 1993.
