Steve Padgitt

Steve Padgitt is a sociologist who studies environmental and community development. Padgitt is a Professor at Iowa State University. Padgitt says, "Communities would not exist if there were not volunteerism. Sociologists call it "creating social capital." It's the social glue that holds folks together."
