Steve Cokely

Steve Cokely is a conspiracy theorist from Chicago who gained notoriety in the late 1980s when he said that Jewish doctors had injected black babies with HIV. Cokely has been charged with abandoning or neglecting his own children, including denying financial assistance to his children in college.
