Stephen O'brien

Stephen Rothwell O'Brien (born 1 April 1957) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is Conservative Party member of Parliament for Eddisbury, and was first elected in a by-election, after Alastair Goodlad resigned. He had previously been a member of the SDP.
