Stephen Lynch

Stephen F. Lynch (born March 31 1955), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since he was elected to replace the late Congressman Joe Moakley, who died in office in 2001. He was born in Boston, was educated at Boston College and Harvard University, and was a attorney and a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives and the Massachusetts Senate before entering the U.S. House of Representatives, where he currently represents the 9th District of Massachusetts (map).
