staropramen

Staropramen is one of the most popular brands of beer from the Czech Republic, brewed in Prague. It is currently owned by Inbev. Although outside the Czech Republic it is far less well known than Pilsner Urquell, it is also available throughout Europe and the United States. Beers:

Staropramen Premium Lager - a traditional Czech pilsner
Staropramen Granat - a semi-dark pilsner
Staropramen Dark - a Bavarian style dark lager

In Prague, it is still common for a pub to serve a single brand of beer; one can get a sense of the popularity of Staropramen beers in the number of pubs that serve them. Staropramen comprises a large portion of the market, along with Pilsner Urquell and Krusovice.
