Star's End

In Isaac Asimov's The Foundation Series of science fiction novels, Star's End is the location of the Second Foundation. It was known to the galaxy at large that there was no planet officially named "Star's End", so it was assumed to be a nickname of some sort. Seldon said that Star's End was located at the "opposite end of the galaxy" from the First Foundation. The First Foundation was located on Terminus, a planet on the very outer edge of the galaxy. The actual location of Star's End and the Second Foundation are debated heavily in the novel "Second Foundation", in which multiple explanations about the location of the Second Foundation (including that it might not even exist at all) are put foward, before the location is finally revealed. In a sense.
