Spidercide

Spidercide is a computer game for the TRS-80 Color Computer. In the game, spiders move around the field of play, leaving a web as they go. The player must avoid being touched by a spider and must try to shoot as many of the spiders as possible. The player cannot move through the spider web, but can shoot holes in it. If the holes become big enough, the player can pass. As the game progresses, the spiders move faster and increasingly move in complex, unpredictable patterns. A turn ends when a spider touches the player.
