A limited number of Esperanto adverbs do not end with the regular adverbial ending (-e):
  • ajn: at all
  • almenaŭ: at least
  • ankaŭ: also; too; likewise
  • ankoraŭ: still; yet
  • anstataŭ: instead of
  • antaŭ: before; in front of
  • apenaŭ: barely
  • apud: next to; beside; near; near to; nearby; at; by
  • baldaŭ: shortly; soon
  • ĉial: for every reason
  • ĉiam: always; ever
  • ĉiel: in every way
  • ĉiom: all; all of it; everything
  • ĉirkaŭ: about; round; towards; around
  • ĉu: is it true that; whether; either; if
  • des: so much the
  • do: so; then; therefore
  • dum: while; during; whereas
  • eĉ: even
  • ekster: outside of; outside
  • en: in; on; into; within; inside
  • for: away; far
  • ĝis: until
  • hodiaŭ: today
  • hieraŭ: yesterday
  • ial: for some reason
  • iam: at some time; eventually; ever; once; sometime
  • iel: anyway; somehow
  • inter: between; among
  • iom: a little; rather; some; somewhat; to some extent
  • ja: certainly; indeed; rather; surely
  • jam: already; by now; yet
  • jen: behold; here is; here are; there is; there are
  • jes: yes
  • ĵus: just; just now
  • kial: why; for what reason
  • kiam: as; when
  • kiel: as; how; like
  • kiom: how many; how much
  • kontraŭ: opposite; against; across from; in exchange for
  • kvazaŭ: as if; as though; in a way
  • mem: self; herself; himself; itself; myself; themselves; ourselves; yourself; yourselves
  • morgaŭ: tomorrow
  • nenial: for no reason
  • neniam: never
  • neniel: by no means; in no way; not at all
  • neniom: none
  • nun: now
  • nur: exclusively; just; only
  • plej: most
  • pli: more
  • plu: beyond; else; further; more; on
  • post: behind; after
  • preskaŭ: nearly; almost
  • preter: beyond; past
  • sub: under; beneath; below
  • super: over; above
  • sur: on; upon
  • tamen: but; however; nevertheless; still; yet
  • tial: therefore; because
  • tiam: then
  • tiel: so; such; thus
  • tiom: that much; this much
  • tra: through
  • trans: across; on the other side of; beyond
  • tro: overly; too; too much
  • tuj: at once; immediately; instantaneously; right now; straightaway
