History and evolution
Space station Mir appeared for the first time in 010910 release of
Orbiter
. At this time it was placed in the wrong orbit, with inclination of degrees to
ecliptic
, instead of the actual inclination of degrees. This was done on purpose, as at that time Mir was meant to be a waypoint for the travel to the other destinations within Solar System. The inital mesh has been authored by
Martin Schweiger
.
