Sound Magazine was the 3rd album from The Partridge Family. It was released in August of 1971 and produced, like all of The Partridge Family recordings, by Wes Farrell. It was certified gold in September of that year. The album reached #9 on the Billboard album chart. Background musicians were; Hal Blaine on drums, Mike Melvoin and Larry Knechtel on piano, Dennis Budimir and Louie Shelton on guitar. Background voices were provided by John Bahler, Tom Bahler, Jackie Ward, and Ron Hicklin. Album tracks
