Sommore

Sommore is an actress and comedienne from Trenton, New Jersey. She is the sister of actress Nia Long. She has appeared on various shows including Def Comedy Jam, Showtime at the Apollo, and BET's Live from L.A. She has also had guest appearances on The Hughleys and The Parkers. Other notable appearances include the Oprah Winfrey Show, 2004's Soul Plane, A Miami Tail, Rapper Trina's album Diamond Princess, Queens of Comedy and Friday After Next. Sommore was the first female host of BET's Comicview. She has earned the Richard Pryor Award for Comic of the Year for her stand-up act. She was part of the successful Queens of Comedy tour and is registered in the Guinness Book of World Records for performing before an audience of 50,000 in Atlanta, Georgia.
