Social-traitor

Social-traitor is a derogatory word for "social-democrat" in the rhetoric of some radical left-wing groups, particularly Communists. What is implied is that the social-democrats have betrayed the working class with policies that do not challenge the rule of the bourgeoisie and Capitalism, while making it more palatable. This claim was utilized by Lenin in his rise to power and disposing of the Constitutent Assembly, of which the social-democrats consituted the majority. See also: Social-Chauvinist
