Supreme Court

New Zealand
from
1929
to
1946
and served occasionally as
Administrator
of New Zealand from
1930
to
1941
. He was the first
Jew
to hold this position. Sir Michael attended
Wellington College
from
1886
to
1891
and gained his
LL B
from
Canterbury University College
in
1897
. He was instrumental in the creation of the
International Court of Justice
