Simon Heffer

Simon James Heffer (born July 18 1960) is a British journalist and writer. He is currently a columnist for the Daily Mail. He has written biographies of Thomas Carlyle, Ralph Vaughan Williams, and Enoch Powell. He has his own column in the Daily Mail on Saturday. His stance is usually right wing, hostile towards the EU and New Labour, whilst being supportive of the 2003 invasion of Iraq and Britain's close relationship with the USA. Heffer
