Shoshone Basin

The Shoshone Basin is a semi-arid basin area in western Wyoming in the United States, rimmed by the Wind River Range on the west, the Owl Creek Mountains on the north, and the Granite Mountains on the south. The basin is drained primarily by the Wind River and its tributaries.
