Shingo Tsukino

Shingo Tsukino is a minor character appearing in the early manga and TV seasons of Sailor Moon. He fulfills the role of the obnoxious little brother of Usagi Tsukino, whom he (as many others) finds to be well-meaning, but a complete klutz. Shingo is not heavily featured in any adaptations and little is known about him. He's impressed by the media-hyped urban legend of Sailor Moon, while naturally being unaware Usagi is her. Shingo only occasionally popped up in later seasons. Most memorable is his blatant crush on Ami Mizuno. In the Japanese anime, he is voiced by Chiyoko Kawashima—who also performs as Sailor Pluto and Haruna Sakurada. In the live action series Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, he is played by Naoki Takeshi. Shingo was renamed Sammy Tsukino in the English anime and manga. In the English adaptation, he is voiced by Julie Lemieux.
