Shiikuwasha

Shiikuwasha (Citrus depressa, in Japanese ヒラミレモン, シークヮーシャー), in English sometimes called Flat lemon, Hirami lemon, or Thin-skinned flat lemon, are small, green citrus fruits native to Okinawa. Very sour, they are often used like lemon or lime to garnish dishes, but are also used to make a yellow juice, which can be thinned or sweetened.
