Seninija

(Elderly in English) Smallest administrative division of Lithuania. Elderly could either be a very small region consisting of few villages, one single town, or part of a big city. Elderlies varies in size and population depending on their place and nature. A few elderlies makes a municipality. Elderlies micromanages local affairs of small scale, such as repairing pavements/dirt roads, keeping record on all families living in the elderly. It's premise is that unlike with higher administrative divisions, elder (ruler of elderly) could have time to talk to every person in the elderly who wants to.
