Sd Gundam G Generation

Some of information taken from now-defunct Gundam Project. SD Gundam G Generation series are series of SD Gundam games with gameplay similar to Super Robot Wars series. The original G Generation was released in August 1998 on Sony PlayStation. Unlike the more fanciful SD Gundam games, the G Generation series hews pretty faithfully to the orthodox Gundam world - albeit with the addition of characters and mobile suits from the alternate universes. Each game includes a selection of original mobile weapons, each with its own carefully worked-out back story and role, similar to Mobile Suit Variations. While original game and two sequel (G Generation Zero and G Generation F) follow the storyline of anime and side stories series, the later games like G Generation Neo on Sony PlayStation2 use their own storyline which is crossover of other series.
