Scott Lucas

For the senator Scott W. Lucas Scott Lucas (born May 10, 1970) is a singer and guitarist of Local H. Local H was born after Lucas met Joe Daniels, the band's drummer in a Zion, Illinois High School. The band officially formed in 1991. The band released the debut recording Ham Fisted in 1994. After two more LP's, Daniels left the band and was replaced by Brian St. Clair of Triple Fast Action, who has toured and recorded with Lucas on the three latest Local H releases, Here Comes The Zoo (2002), The No Fun EP (2003), and Whatever Happened to P.J.
