school ties

School Ties was a 1992 film directed by Robert Mandel that basically started the acting careers of Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, and Chris O'Donnell. Brendan Fraser stars as David Green, a Jewish high-school student who transfers from a Pennsylvanian public school to a New England prep school after he is awarded an athletic scholarship. This role is in marked contrast to Fraser's other 1992 movie Encino Man.
