Sargon The Sorcerer

Sargon the Sorcerer is a fictional character, a second string mystic, superhero, sorcerer in DC Comics during the Golden age of comic books. Sargon debuted in All American Comics #26, with a publication date of May, 1941. He looked like a swami, turban and all, and possessed a mystic ruby which allowed him to control anything he touches (touching the ground lets him erect a wall, for instance). He was brought back for occasional guest appearances in the Silver age of comic books, and eventually killed off during the Crisis on Infinite Earths. Over the years, he has been portrayed as both a hero and a villain.
