Sandefjord Airport Torp

Sandefjord Airport Torp is located at Torp near Sandefjord. In addition to serving nearby towns in Vestfold, like Tnsberg, Horten and Larvik, the airport also serves Oslo. Sandefjord was the site of a 1979 Learjet crash that reportedly resulted when a pilot was distracted by a rowdy party being celebrated by passengers. The crash cost the lives of the pilot, and five passengers. Its IATA Airport Code is TRF. Note that in most contexts, Torp is listed as Oslo, not Sandefjord which can cause some confusion.
