Samgyupsal
(삼겹살) is a popular
Korean dish
. Pork bacon cut from the belly, it is served in the same fashion as
galbi
. Sometimes it is cooked on a grill with
kimchi
troughs at either side. Commonly grilled with garlic and onions, it is dipped in ssamjjang and wrapped in ssangchu.
