Safe Harbor

In literal terms, safe harbor or safe harbour is a harbor which is protected and provides safety from weather or attack. It is also used in broadcasting, particularly in the U.S., to mean the hours during which material deemed indecent for children may be broadcast. This is legally from 10PM to 6AM, and is enforced by the FCC.
