Saar 4.5

An impruved and stretched Saar 4 class boats, which grew larger by 4 meters, to accommodate a hangar and landing deck for Aerospatiale Dolphin helicopters. Two ships of the "Chochit" class were built, the first one bing INS Aliya launched in 1980, followed by INS Geula. The "Chochit" class ship is the smallest crafts with a helicopter hanger. In terms of firepower to displacement ratio, the Israeli upgraded Saar4.5" missile boat is a most potent combat vessel in the world - carrying into combat up to 14 attacks. The "Chochit" is capable of holding two Dolphin Helicopters - H-665 Dauphin at a time.
