Roy Walford

Roy Lee Walford (June 29, 1924 - April 27, 2004) was an advocate of caloric restriction. Walford set out his dietary beliefs in the book Beyond the 120-Year Diet. He died of complications of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's disease).
