Rova Saxophone Quartet

The Rova Saxophone Quartet formed in October 1977 at the same time as their less-adventerous but more well known colleagues the World Saxophone Quartet. Members: Bruce Ackley, Larry Ochs, Jon Raskin, Steve Adams. Former: Andrew Voigt. They have collaborated with many musicians and composers, including Terry Riley (Chanting the Light of Foresight), Fred Frith, and Alvin Curran.
