Rooster (Zodiac)

The chicken (, sometimes mistranslated as "cock" or "rooster") is one of the 12-year cycle of animals which appear in the Chinese zodiac related to the Chinese calendar. According to Chinese folklore, each animal is associated with certain personality traits. The sign of the chicken indicates a person who is hard-working and definite about their decisions. Chickens are not afraid to speak their minds and can therefore sometimes come across as boastful. They make good restaurant owners and world travellers.
